Job description
 
The position of call center agent for outbound telemarketing and sales consists of using cold calling techniques on prospects and persuading potential customers to purchase the service. Telemarketing Executive job requires communicating with potential customers through telephone to develop an effective pipeline to succeed new business and make appointments. Telemarketing executive main aim is to make marketing for our services to clients depending on the business needs. The individual builds strong relationships with the clients to exceed the targets

Your responsibilities
  • Reviewing new business opportunities and clients
  • Following up inbound leads and client requests
  • Effectively managing your sales pipeline and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review telephone calls
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
  • Pro-actively generating own leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone (cold-call/inbound), on-site visits, referral, networking, and industry events.
  • Helping our team in any accounting and auditing work if it is required
Requirements
  • University degree, Accounting, Marketing, Business administrations, Economy or any related financial subject is preferable ( The other qualifications can apply )
  • Experience in accounting will be considered as strong advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
  • Experience in working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role
  • Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets

Our remuneration policy:
  • Initial salary will be between 3,000 AED to 3,500 AED
  • After every 6 months if you achieve 500,000 AED revenue during this period then the increase to your salary of 500 AED will be applied
Monthly revenue target:
  • The minimum monthly revenue target should be 40,000 AED
  • The commission system and the revenue slabs will be as follow:
Monthly revenue slab - start Monthly revenue slab - end Commission percentage
     -    50,000 1%
 50,001  100,000 2%
 100,001 150,000 3%
150,001 200,000 4%
200,001 5%
 
Initial training and testing period:
  • The initial (Unpaid) training period between 3 days to 5 days
  • Starting of the visa procedures will be after completing one week work as a testing period (Paid)
