Job Ref (4001) - Associate Partner - Audit and Assurance

Job description
 
The Associate Partner - Audit and Assurance works as part of an audit team or takes responsibility for running the audit, working directly with the client and senior assurance team members. The Associate Partner - Audit and Assurance manages the audit team and supervises the audit process to ensure the high quality of our audits.

Your responsibilities
  • Assisting in building up new and existing Audit clients
  • Managing the flow of Audit work within the accountancy practice
  • Promoting the full range of services, the practice offers
  • Assessing the training needs of more junior members of staff
  • Managing a team of fully and part qualified accountants
  • Reporting directly to Partners and working with them to develop processes and efficiencies within the practice, as well as developing the strategy for the growth of the Audit department
Requirements
  • Graduates from Finance / Economics / Accounting
  • Experience in accounting will be considered as strong advantage
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English will be considered as advantage
  • High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and desire to exceed expectations
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy

Our remuneration policy:

If the assignments from the side of the firm

  • If the associate do all the work without the using our employed staff the percentage will be 50% from the total assignment will be paid according to the checks received from the client
  • If the associate use our employed staff the percentage will be 25% from the total assignment will be paid according to the checks received from the client

If the assignments from the side of the associate

  • If the associate do all the work without the using our employed staff the percentage will be 75% from the total assignment will be paid according to the checks received from the client
  • If the associate use our employed staff the percentage will be 50% from the total assignment will be paid according to the checks received from the client

Note the followings:

  • Since we will apply our methodology of service all the clients will be belong to the firm even if they are coming from the side of the associate partners 
  • We are not offering any salary or any other benefits for this job because it is a profession partnership
  • We will make temporary work permit (6 Months Visa) and if the candidate success with us then we will make for him a complete work visa (2 Years Visa)

Job description
 
The position of Accountant cum Telemarketing representative for accounting and auditing and outbound telemarketing and sales consists of using cold calling techniques on prospects and persuading potential customers to purchase the service. Accountant and  Telemarketing representative job requires accounting background and experience and communicating with potential customers through telephone to develop an effective pipeline to succeed new business and make appointments. Telemarketing executive main aim is to make marketing for our services to clients depending on the business needs. The individual builds strong relationships with the clients to exceed the targets

Your responsibilities
  • Helping our team in any accounting and auditing work if it is required
  • Reviewing new business opportunities and clients
  • Following up inbound leads and client requests
  • Effectively managing your sales pipeline and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review telephone calls
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
  • Pro-actively generating own leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone (cold-call/inbound), on-site visits, referral, networking, and industry events.
Requirements
  • University degree, Accounting
  • Experience in accounting will be considered as strong advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
  • Experience in working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role
  • Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets

Our remuneration policy:
  • Initial salary will be between 2,500 AED to 3,500 AED (will be decided according to the skills of the applicant)
  • After every 6 months if you achieve 240,000 AED revenue during this period then the increase to your salary of 500 AED will be applied
Initial training and testing period:
  • The initial (Unpaid) training period between 3 days to 5 days
  • Starting of the visa procedures will be after completing one week work as a testing period (Paid)

Job description
 
Our audit professionals examine a company's financial statements and test their reliability. This includes getting to know the business and assessing processes/controls used to produce the financial statement. It also involves understanding business drivers, associated risks and their potential effect on financial statement accounts.

Your responsibilities
  • Working in a team, you will interact with the client in order to collect all the necessary data/information, set-up and maintain audit files
  • Build strong internal relationships with members of the Audit team and other "Abdelhamid & Co Certified Public Accountants & Auditors" services
  • Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn

  • First 6 months we will offer 2,500 AED as an inclusive salary (the basic salary will be 1000)
  • After passing first 6 months, the following year we will offer 3,000 AED as an inclusive salary
  • Each year will be completed with us after the first 18 months an increment of 500 AED will be added to the salary
  • Incentive bonus when finishing and delivering any auditing or consultancy reports and receiving the final payment from our client - 75 AED for each engagement
  • Incentive commission 5% for the value of the first engagement when we will get any new client from your side (Applicable for the first engagement only)
